Returns & refunds

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. At Monsoon Gifts Thailand (trading as Monsoon Gifts), you can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Anything damaged in transit is replaced free of charge. To start a return, refund, or replacement, contact us and our team will sort it out quickly.

How to request a return or refund

  1. Email us at info@monsoongifts.com within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as you notice transit damage).
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) concerned, and photos if the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
  3. We will confirm next steps. Please wait for our approval before sending anything back.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund (other than transit damage or our error), your item should be:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, where applicable

Damages, faults, and wrong items

Please check your gift when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us with photos. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced free of charge. We will also make it right when we have sent the wrong item or a faulty product.

Items that cannot be returned

Some gifts cannot be returned once delivered, including:

  • Perishable goods such as flowers, plants, and food
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items and gift cards (unless faulty or our error)

If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before ordering or as soon as you have a concern.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected a returned item (when a return is required), we will notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/faulty item.
