Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Gift delivery within Thailand is free. Most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours in Greater Bangkok and 2 to 5 days in other cities in Thailand (estimate, not a guarantee). Flower delivery is Bangkok province only.

Is shipping free? Yes. Free gift delivery within Thailand.

Do you ship internationally? We do not ship parcels abroad. You can order from anywhere in the world. We deliver only to addresses in Thailand.

Do you offer express shipping? We do not sell a separate express option. Most deliveries arrive within 24 to 48 hours in Greater Bangkok and 2 to 5 days in other cities in Thailand.

Do you have retail store locations? No walk-in retail shop. Monsoon Gifts is online gift delivery with a Bangkok fulfilment team.

Where we deliver

Monsoon Gifts delivers gifts within Thailand only. You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to an address in Thailand, including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan and surrounding areas.

Flower delivery is currently available in Bangkok province only. You will confirm Bangkok delivery before adding flowers to cart.

Shipping is free on gift delivery in Thailand. Most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours in Greater Bangkok and 2 to 5 days in other cities in Thailand.

Orders placed after local cut-off times, on Sundays, or during peak occasions (such as Valentine's Day or major holidays) may require additional time.

Order cut-off and preparation

After your payment is confirmed, our team in Thailand prepares the gift for local delivery. If we need more information about the delivery address or timing, we will contact you using the email or phone details provided with your order.

Recipient details

Please provide accurate recipient name, phone number and delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays. Monsoon Gifts is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect recipient information.

Personal messages

You may include a personal message with your gift where the product allows. Messages should be suitable for delivery and must not include unlawful or abusive content.

Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, traffic, weather, local restrictions, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or other events outside our reasonable control.
