This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the Monsoon Gifts store operated by Chao Com For Online Selling, trading as Monsoon Gifts.
Where we deliver
Monsoon Gifts delivers gifts within Thailand only. You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery to an address in Thailand, including popular destinations such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan and surrounding areas.
Enter the recipient's full Thailand address at checkout so we can confirm coverage and available delivery timing for that location.
Delivery timing
Delivery times depend on the gift, destination and order cut-off. As a general guide:
- Bangkok and metro area: typically 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation, when the selected delivery option and cut-off allow.
- Elsewhere in Thailand: typically 3 to 6 business days after order confirmation, depending on the city and product.
Faster options, including same-day delivery in major cities, may be available for selected products when shown at checkout. Always review the delivery window displayed before you complete payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order cut-off and preparation
After your payment is confirmed, our team in Thailand prepares the gift for local delivery. Orders placed after local cut-off times, on Sundays, or during peak occasions (such as Valentine's Day or major holidays) may require additional time.
If we need more information about the delivery address or timing, we will contact you using the email or phone details provided with your order.
Recipient details
Please provide accurate recipient name, phone number and delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays. Chao Com For Online Selling is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect recipient information.
Personal messages
You may include a personal message with your gift where the product allows. Messages should be suitable for delivery and must not include unlawful or abusive content.
Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, traffic, weather, local restrictions, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or other events outside our reasonable control. Once a gift is transferred to a local courier or delivery partner, delivery progress depends on that partner's network and the recipient's availability.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, our team or delivery partner may contact the recipient to rearrange. If the recipient cannot be reached or refuses the gift, we may contact you to agree next steps. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery in some cases.
International shipping
We do not ship gifts outside Thailand. International customers can still order online; delivery is fulfilled locally in Thailand to the recipient's address.
